Flashing signal

H1, L1, H2 signals are recognized as Flashing signal in ‘t’ time range when the signal
input sequence is from H1, L1, to H2.
When it recognized as Flashing mode, it transfers Flashing signal wirelessly. It does
not transfer NO and OFF signals separately.
