1. IQlife IR supports signal frequency learning at 38KHz carrier frequency,

if IR remote is unable to learn commands from your remote, it is most

likely that the frequency of IR remote is diﬀerent and unable to learn.

2.Please Note DIY DOES NOT SUPPORT voice control over Alexa or

Google .

IR can not go through walls,Gyprock or any barriers.

So please make sure there are no obstacles between IR remote

and IR enabled devices.

5.Can IR signals penetrate brick walls /gyprock/plyboard to control

devices in other rooms either upstairs or down stairs
