Machine effectiveness
Here you see the calculation rules to calculate the machine effectiveness.
This is divided into 3 categories:
1. Availability: How long the machine is available and unavailable
2. Performance: How quickly the machine processes the products. The machine depends on
the production line
3. Quality: How many products enter the machine and how many exit the machine on
complete pallets.
The machine is very dependent on the production line to achieve good effectiveness, so
everything shown above is for information purposes only.

A machine effectiveness of 75-85% is considered excellent. The focus here is
on realistic effectiveness. 100% is considered unfeasible.

Machine effectiveness is a derivative of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
