the top of the Pyrogram. The quality assessment is indicated
by the background color of the result. Variable regions are
highlighted with a blue-gray background color.
In CpG analysis, bisulfite treatment controls are highlighted
in the Pyrogram with a light yellow background color. Select
the “Ranges” option in the upper right corner of the
“Overview” tab to show methylation bars in the plate
overview. These bars indicate the methylation level for each
CpG site in a selected well, as compared to the expected
level. Expected ranged can be set under the “Analysis Setup”
tab.

Light green: Below the expected range

Green: Within the expected range

Dark green: Above the expected range
SQA analysis results
The base-called sequence is displayed in the “Overview” tab
above the Pyrogram of the selected well. The bases in the
base-called sequence and the peaks in the compensated
Pyrogram in the lower window of the “Pyrogram” pane are
colored according to their quality assessments.
5.6.3 Analysis reports
To generate a report, select the desired report from the
“Reports” menu. For more information about reports, see the
“View, Print, and Save Analysis Reports” section of the
PyroMark Q96 Software User Guide (press the “F1” key
when in the PyroMark Q96 Software).
Note : To view reports generated in PDF format, a PDF
reader must be installed on the computer. Adobe ® Reader ®
can be downloaded at www.adobe.com.
