Problem: the serial communication
between PC and Qmove does not open
Solution:
check that the selected COM port is right.
Go to peripheral management and check out the port
number.
Problem: drivers installation fails and
Windows shows error code 10
Solution:
Windows error code 10 indicates a
hardware error or the drivers installation failure. This
could happen if a device is not supplied properly to
operate (for example connected to a bus powered hub
with other devices), ot it could indicate a serious
hardware problem.
It could be possible that the USB root hub drivers are
not properly installed.
