Installation
1. Connect discharge tube cam lock to pump cam lock.
2. Feed the discharge tube thru the well head.
3. Feed the power cord thru well cap.
4. Connect support cable and rout thru well cap.
5. Install level transducer for pump operation and rout thru the well cap.
6. Connect pump power cable to control panel.
7. Connect level transducer cable in the control panel
8. Check the pump rotation.
9. Lower pump into the well to desired depth.
10. Configure control panel for pump operation.
11. Turn the pump selector switch to Hand. Verify that fluid is flowing.
12. Turn the pump selector switch to Auto.
13. Verify the pump runs in Auto.
Control Panel Operation
When the pump is installed and connected to a QED control panel, the pump will run until
the level in the well drops below the off set point in the controller. Then when the level rises
to the start set point the pump will turn on and start pumping, as long as there are no other
alarms.
