PROBLEMS WITH STEREO MODE
Reset to factory settings
If the headphones can no longer be connected, you can reset them to the factory settings.
Take the headphones out of the charging box and switch them off manually (press the QCY
button for 2 seconds). Then release the QCY button.
Press the QCY button for approx. 25 seconds. The headphones flash red / white, then the
headphones switch automatically off. Please keep the QCY key pressed. The headphones
light up red / white again. Then put the headphones back in the charging case and then
connect the headphones with your smartphone again.
Tips and hints
The headphones automatically start stereo mode as soon as they are taken out of the
charging box. If you only hear music on one headset, please reset it to the factory settings.
If your smartphone requires a pin to connect, please use "0000".
If there is no active connection to your smartphone, the headphones will automatically
switch off after 5 minutes and stop the stereo mode. Then turn the headphones off and put
them back in the charging box. If you remove it again, the stereo mode will start again.
