Siri Shortcut (only for iOS 9 & below)
Activate Siri using the assigned Click Pattern, and then
dismiss Siri using the same Click Pattern while holding the
last click. For example, if you set three short clicks as the
pattern to activate Siri, then dismiss Siri by clicking three
times again while holding the final click.

You can set the volume to max/min, or swiftly adjust it
bit by bit for various situations.
