Problem Possible Reasons/solutions
The system has no power.
No sound at all.
Either of the main channels has
no sound.
LED screen displays abnormally.
The AC adapter
The socket has no power. is connected incorrectly.
Incorrect selection of input signal.
If mute state is turned on.
Sound source machine is not powered.
The signal plug is connected incorrectly or
lines are short-circuited.
It may be effected by exterior strong disturbance,
turn off first and then turn on again.
Avoid direct sunlight/heat.
Trouble Shooting
The system have built in a bluetooth receiver. If you need to pair with a bluetooth sender(mobile phone),
first open the system, and press the"
" key on the remote control, the LED will show"pairing" and
flicker. Then search the bluetooth receiver(Device ID:BT- Device ) by your own bluetooth sender. After that,
you can enjoy the music by the bluetooth receiver. The system will turn to the normal working state if no
paring in 10 minutes.
