STEP 6
Test the battery connection by turning the pump
switch on. If the pump does not start, confirm
your lead wires are in place and attempt to
charge the battery.
STEP 7
Once you have confirmed the battery is
connected correctly and the pump switch
turns the pump on, place the battery into the
battery case and fit the battery and battery
case to the back of the pump. Ensure there
is minimal tension on the lead wires and the
terminal connections before reinserting the
holding screws.
STEP 8
Secure the battery and its case by reinserting the four screws and tightening them down.
FINAL
Your FX-BST-800 inflation pump is now
assembled and ready to be charged for future
use. (Review the batteries instruction booklet for
proper charging technique)
STEP 5
For the best results, use solder to fuse the lead
wires and connectors to the battery terminals.
