SYMPTOM LIKELY CAUSES WHAT TO DO
The pump is
not working 1. Loose power cable connection.
2. Blown fuse.
3. Capacitor damaged.
4. The impeller, motor may be wound
by fibers or jammed with sundries. 1. Make sure the power cable is connected securely
and firmly.
2. Replace the fuse.
3. Replace the capacitor.
4. Clean the fibers and sundries.
Noise within
system or
pump casing 1. Impurities within pump.
2.Flow rate is set too large.
3. Air or gas within system or pump
casing. 1. Dismantle the pump and clean the impurities.
2. Switch to lower speed.
3. Exhaust the air or gas.
The pump is
working but
not produce
any force. 1. Intake valve is closed.
2. Air or gas within pipes or pump. 1. Open the valve.
2. Open the valve to make the pump runnning and
meanwhile loosen the connector of the outlet ports
to ensure gas emission.
