6. Hover over a point or double click a probe point to view the resulting measured
height and position (Figure 32).
7. The resulting four z-values should all be /-0.5 mm left to right and front to
back.
Maximum deviations will display the deviation range for the highest and
lowest values for the four points (Figure 32).
8. If adjustments are needed, re-run the Quick Level macro and follow instructions to
level the bed (Section 2.4.2).
Install and Gap Hot End
1. On Printer Control Screen, select Move . The Move Head screen will display.
2. In the Z value field, press 50 twice to lower the bed roughly 100 mm to install the
hot end. A positive move will increase the gap between the hot end and the print
bed.
3. To confirm the position of the bed, close out of Move Head screen and check the
print head position to confirm that Z-position is roughly 100 mm.
