Check Levelness of the Bed Relative to the Gantry
1. Check the status on the Printer Control Screen in the upper right corner. It should
say
Idle (Figure 25).
2. If it reads Standby , undo the red Emergency Stop button located on the front upper
left corner of the machine. Rotate Emergency Stop button clockwise to disengage;
status will turn to Idle.
Note: If the Emergency Stop Button is pressed when the printer is running, the
status will read Halted. Rotate Emergency Stop button clockwise to release. To undo
Halted status in the web interface, reconnect to the network.
3. On Printer Control Screen, select Quick Level on the right side of the display (Figure
25).
4. The print head will move to the rear right of print bed. The Print head will move to
the center of the bed extending the profile probe. The bed will move upwards until
the probe sensor is tripped. After homing the z-axis bed level, the head is run at four
corners.

5. After the Quick Level macro is completed, the required adjustments to the leveling
bolts will be displayed under the Console tab.

On Printer Control Screen, select Console (Figure 25) and a message will be
displayed (Figure 26).
