• Question: “Why are two of the Legs sent
with the caps not attached?”
Answer: These two legs are the parts the
Hand Rail Bases will slide onto. These
ship with their caps unattached for your
convenience.
• Question: “I accidentally spaced the legs
incorrectly, and the Legs without caps are
too close/too far apart from each other.
What can I do?
Answer: Carefully remove the leg caps
from the Legs you want the Hand Rail
Bases to attach to. Note that metal pliers
may damage the outside of these caps if
care is not used. Use a twisting motion
as you pull on the cap to release it. After
attaching the Hand Rail Bases, re-attach
these caps. If necessary, place the caps
sent separately inside your box on the
remaining Legs.
• Question: “My Frame seems wobbly.
What’s wrong?”
Answer: Make sure that the T-Section/
Leg pieces have the flat metal side on
the OUTSIDE of the trampoline frame.
The spring tension will hold the frame
inwards, but the metal plates need to be
facing the outside for frame stability. If
the frame is still wobbly, make sure that
you remembered to fully tighten the nuts
and bolts once the frame was assembled.
• Question: “I need to order springs” or
“I need to order a new frame pad, who
should contact?”
• Answer: You can purchase springs,
frame pads, safety nets, jump mats and
frame steel pieces directly from:
www.PureFun.net.
• Question: “Something was missing
from the packaging,” or “I discovered a
damaged piece during assembly” or “I’m
within my warranty period, and I need a
part that broke due to a manufacturer’s
defect, what can I do?”
Answer: Contact Customer Service. You
must have your proof of purchase and/
or order confirmation available to be
considered for warranty replacement.
You must report missing pieces within 30
days from date of purchase.
Please be aware that under our limited
warranty, for some parts we require
a picture of the damaged item and/or
return of the item to our quality control
office for review.
