The tablet will then ask for you to input the initial setup features.

Click Start

Connect to a Wi-Fi network (If no Wi-Fi available skip this step for setup)

The tablet will then check for any updates

Then next step will ask to copy data from previous tabletor the cloud; or
don’t copy if you want to setup as a new device

Sign in using your Google™ account or create a new account or skip this
step

The next step is to Accept certain Google™ Services

Set screen lock - create a password using a pattern, PIN or password, or not
now if you don’t want to create a password

The next step is to meet your Google™Assistant

You can then add additional email accounts if needed, change font size,
change wallpaper and control the information you’ll see on the lock screen
or skip this step

To unlock your device when in standby mode. Simply click the power button
once, then slide your finger up to unlock your device on the screen. If you
have selected a password, then the tablet will prompt you to enter the
password to access the device
Sleep/standby mode
1.
To place the tablet into sleep/standby mode tap the power button once –
this will turn off the screen but allow the tablet to still run
2.
To wake up the tablet, simply tap the power button then swipe the screen
from the bottom of the screen upwards through to the top of the screen –
this will then prompt you to enter in your password or pattern to unlock the
device
