4.2
Power Up the System
1. On the rear of the PS Series, plug an AC power cord (shipped with each unit)
into the AC power socket (see Figure 4-1).
2. Plug the other end of the AC power cord into a “live” AC outlet.
Note:
There is no On/Off switch on the PS Series Transmitter. As soon as power is
introduced to the system through an AC power chord attached to a live AC
outlet, if the system was powered off while in Standby mode, the system will
again enter Standby mode and the light on the STANDBY key on the front of
the PS Series will turn red.
If the system was powered off while not in Standby mode, it will begin the
startup sequence described in section 4.3.1 on page 31.
