1. Motorritzel aufschieben.
2. Muttern M3 in die dafür vorgesehenen Aussparungen an der
unteren Domplatte einsetzen.
3. Motorplatte mit Motor und Ritzel in das Gegenlager einstecken
und positionieren.
4. Schrauben M3x6 mit einem langen Inbusschlüssel am Motor entlang in
die Muttern eindrehen und anlegen.
5. Schrauben der Motorplatte anlegen und die gesamte Einheit mit Druck auf das
Zwischenwellenzahnrad schieben. So wird die vertikale Position des Ritzels definiert.
6. Gewindestift M4x4 in dieser Position festziehen. Hierbei auf die korrekte Position
der Abflachung an der Motorwelle achten.
7. Angelegte Schrauben der Motorplatte wieder leicht lösen und das Zahnflankenspiel
einstellen.
8. Alle Schrauben anlegen und anschließend über Kreuz fest anziehen.
9. Zahnflankenspiel abschließend nochmals prüfen und evtl. nachstellen.
1. Slide on the motor pinion.
2. Insert the M3 nuts into the recesses provided on the lower dome plate.
3. Insert the motor plate with the motor and pinion into the counter bearing
and position.
4. Use a long Allen key to screw the M3x6 screws into the nuts along the motor
and tighten slightly.
5. Put on the screws of the motor plate and push the entire unit onto th
intermediate shaft gear with pressure. This defines the vertical position of
the pinion.
6. Tighten the threaded pin M4x4 in this position. Pay attention to the correct
position of the flat on the motor shaft.
7. Slightly loosen the screws on the motor plate and adjust the backlash.
8. Put on all screws and then tighten them crosswise.
9. Finally check the tooth flank play again and readjust if necessary.
