Serial Installation
(Model FD-000-10)
1. Turn your computer or terminal off.
2. One plug on the serial cable is labeled with the cable number.
Attach that plug to the connector labeled
HOST INTERFACE
on the
PowerWedge 10 (see
Figure 3
).

NOTE
Figure 2
shows cable number 00-874-04. Your computer or terminal may
require a different cable.
On Macintosh computers, attach the smaller cable connector to the modem
port. The modem port is marked with the following icon:
