The PRYME SPM-2200 TROOPER II
®
microphone uses a special NOISE-CANCELING
microphone which is designed to help filter out ambient background noise. When you press
the PTT (Push-to-Talk) button on the SPM-2200, the FRONT MIC INPUT of the microphone
picks up the sound of your voice, which is transmitted over the air. The AMBIENT NOISE
PICKUP on the rear of the unit picks up nearby sounds, which are filtered out of the
transmitted signal.
