L imited Warranty
Proximity System, Inc (herea � er referred to as ‘Proximity ’ ) warrants its manufactured products
to b e free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service to the ori g inal
purchase for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unauthorized modi fi ca � on or altera � on of the
product, improper installa � on, and failures from inade q uate inspec � on, maintenance or a b use of the
products will void this warranty. If any Proximity manufactured product is or b ecomes defec � ve durin g
the warranty period, Proximity will, at its op � on, either repair, exchan g e or replace defec � ve unit. The
purchaser should contact our Service Department for service. Proximity reserves the ri g ht to make
desi g n chan g es in manufactured products b uilt and/or sold b y them at any � me without incurrin g any
o b li g a � on to make the same or similar chan g es to previously desi g ned/ b uilt and delivered units.
Proximity reserves the ri g ht to char g e for replacement warranted parts or those parts which are found
to have failed due to unauthorized modi fi ca � on or altera � on of the product, improper installa � on,
inade q uate inspec � on or maintenance, dama g e in transit, or a b use of the product. Photos and or
addi � onal informa � on may b e re q uested to iden � fy defec � ve parts. Proximity reserves the ri g ht to
make modi fi ca � ons and improvements to products that may create sli g ht di ff erences in the manual
descrip � ons and illustra � ons.
