. Unscrew the two screws as shown.

. Twist the tension spring anti-clockwise as far as it will
allow. While holding the tensioned spring, at the same
time tighten the two screws.

. Lift up the meterage wheel.

. Using your finger, press on the meterage wheel to
test the tension of the device.

. Re-assemble the meterage compartment.

. Align the two halves of the meterage compartment,
using the location lugs.
