[Description]
This command turns emphasized mode on or off by toggling the least significant
bit of n as followings:
When the LSB of n is 0, the emphasized mode is turned off.
When the LSB of n is 1, the emphasized mode is turned on.

[Name] Turn double-strike mode on/off.

[Description]
Specifies or cancels double printing.
Cancels double printing when n = <*******0>B.
Specifies double printing when n = <*******1>B.

n is effective only when it is the lowest bit.

This printer is not capable of double printing, so the print is the same as
when using emphasized printing.

This command is enabled for ANK characters
ESC J n
[Name] Print and feed paper.

[Description]
This command prints the data in the print buffer and feeds the paper [n X
vertical motion unit].

Sets the print position to the beginning of the next line after printing.

In standard mode, the printer uses the vertical motion unit ( y ).

In page mode, this command functions as follows, depending on the starting
position of the printable area:
(1) When the starting position is set to the upper left or lower right of the
printable area using ESC T , the vertical motion unit ( y ) is used.
