5.4.5

Product Service Life

The X-ray film processor is designed for a service life of 7 years when used as specified and regularly
maintained by PROTEC Customer Service or a service agent authorized by PROTEC. After reaching the
product lifetime, further use is at your own risk.

5.4.6

Detailed information on the individual chapters and on safe operation, transport and storage can be
found in the Technical Description and Installation Instructions of the X-ray film processor.

5.4.7

Disposal Notes

The automated X-ray film processor contains various plastics, oil and heavy
metals. When disposing of replacement and spare parts as well as the entire
system, the applicable rules and regulations must be observed. For this
purpose, contact your contract partner or service company or commission a
company specialized in the disposal of the respective components.
