maximum values will appear on the LCD display next to
the REC marker.
2. Push the Recall key once, the MIN marker along with
the minimum values will appear on the LCD display un-
der where the MAX marker was.
3. Push the Recall key once, the AVG marker along with
the average values will appear on the LCD display under
the REC marker.
B. To end the Record function, simply push the Record key
once again and the record function will stop. The REC , MAX ,
MIN and AVG markers will disappear from the LCD display.
III. Data Hold Function
A. Press the HOLD key and a D.H. appears on the display in the upper left side of the display.
1. The current reading is now being held and will not change until Hold function is canceled by
pressing the HOLD key again.
B. Press the HOLD button to cancel the Hold function. The D.H. will disappear from the LCD display.
IV. Obtaining a Measurement
A. Measuring an Ionizer
1. Install the Sensor Plug into the Sensor Input Socket as previously described.
2. The flat arrow side of the sensor input socket faces down and the arrow points towards the
PAN-750 when installing.
3. If the sensor input socket does not easily slide into the sensor plug, look at the direction of the
arrow and try again. DO NOT FORCE THE INPUT INTO THE PLUG
B. Push the Power Off/On Button to enable the instrument to power ON
1. Gently press the ON/OFF Button approximately one second. Unit will warm up approximately
5 seconds. Unit is ready to function when the temperature and velocity is indicated, allow 20
seconds for unit to take a reading.
2. Do not press hard.
C. Press the C/F key to convert the reading to the desired Centigrade/Fahrenheit scale.
1. Both temperature and air velocity will display simultaneously.
D. Press the Unit key. The display will show the unit of “m/s”, “km/h”, ft/min, “knots” or “mile/hr”.
