Use the optional wrist strap for extra support during hikes.  Insert your hand through 
the strap by grabbing the pole and tighten by pulling the strap’s loose ends.

FLAT TERRAIN HIKES

Forearms should be parallel to the ground, allowing

the pole to rest your arms close to a 90 degree angle.

UPHILL CLIMBS

Shorten the poles to allow your

hands to take position at a downward angle.

DESCENTS

Lengthen the poles enough to touch the

ground, your arms should be at an upward angle.
