Note:

At the time of this writing, the C-SDK version was 2.2.1.1321.

Create a C:\Workspace folder on your PC, and copy the .zip file into it,
and unzip it. It will

be unzipped into a folder

c-sdk-2.2.1.1321-master

.

Rename it to

ThingWorx-edge-c-sdk

.

You should now have C:\Workspace with these folders:
