ASSEMBLING THE BASE
Parts list
Step1 - Fasten Wheels to Base Substructure.
Note: Use screws with washers to secure four wheels. Tighten screws
firmly but do not over-tighten.
Over-tightening may strip the holes.
Please note the slots for locking wheels and non-locking wheels are
different. Make sure wheels fixed at right slots.
Step 2 - Fill the Base with Bricks and Sand.
Cover the center hole with the paper cover to prevent sand from entering this area.
Place 12 bricks (see Brick Specifications) in the Base Substructure in the pattern shown.
Fill sand all around and between the bricks. Fill sand up to the height of the edge of the
Base Substructure.
Note: Sand-only can not reach the total weight 125lbs, we recommended using
bricks and sand to reach weight 125lbs. Rocks can also be used as long as the
total weight could reach 125lbs.
Remove paper cover from the center hole.
