
Flash Head Angle Adjustment
Rotate the Angle Adjustment Handle (13) counter clockwise to loosen the locking device. Adjust the angle of the flash head then rotate
the Angle Adjustment Handle (13) clockwise to tighten the locking device.
Replacing the Flash Tube
Switch off the power to the flash head and unplug for at least one hour before changing the flash tube. Be sure to wear gloves when
replacing the flash tube. Remove the modeling lamp and gently pull out the old flash tube. Make sure that the replacement tube it the
correct tube for your flash head. To install, align the flash tube leads with the sockets on the flash head and evenly and gently press
the new flash tube into place. Be sure you do not touch the anode and cathode leads of the flash tube.
Failure warning
This flash has a interlock mechanism to prevent overheating. After continuously triggering the flash at a high speed, audible alarm will
sound. If continuous triggering continues, the alarm will sound again and the unit will no longer flash. At this time you will need to allow
the flash to cool for a period or reset the light.
