Familiarize yourself with the controls and
operating mechanisms before using the
Endurance X1.
(A) Pull-down pressing handle for raising
and lowering the upper platen. This
action forces the closing of the platens.
(B) Thickness control dial.
(C) On/Off button. The green light
above the button will illuminate when
powered on.
(D) Control Panel (See control board
operations)
(E) Handle Adjustments (See tightening
the pull-down handle)
(F) Upper Platen
(G) Lower Platen
(H) Handle for lower swing out platen.
Your dough press is equipped with a set of
rubber mounting pads.
If you would prefer a set of legs which would
raise your machine off the table 4 inches.
