PROLiNK® PRC3801

Wireless AC1200 MU-MIMO Dual-Band Gigabit Router

If you encounter different result from above result, it indicate your connection between Computer and
PRC3801 is failed. The following step is rectify the connection issue:

1. Check physical connection between Computer and PRC3801. Ensure the Ethernet cable is

properly inserted into RJ45 port. At same time observe the LED indicator on PRC3801 LAN
and LED indicator on Computer network adapter.

2. Check for TCP/IP configuration on Computer to ensure the IP address is provided do not

overlap or a valid IP address is given.

3.2

Logging into the Web Interface

PRC3801 is Web-based Utility configuration. All the setting interface is simple and easy to configure.
Web Utility can be open from multiple OS from Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Web Utility is not
restricted to Internet Explorer only, but user are able to used Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Apple
Safari.

1. Run any web browser that available in your computer. On the URL box enter PRC3801 default

IP address, unless you have change to your own IP address then use your IP address. Once enter
you will be notify to enter the login detail for username and password.
