Cleaning your refrigerator
Turn the Thermostat control to “OFF” position then remove the mains plug from the
wall socket, open the door and remove all the contents to a cool place, remove the
shelves.
Wipe the inside surface with a warm water and bicarbonate of soda solution. The
solution should be about 2 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda to 2 pints of water.
Wash the shelves and door trays with a mild detergent solution.
Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth when cleaning around the controls.
Wash the outside cabinet with warm and mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe
dry with a clean soft cloth.
Replacing The Lamp
1. Turn the thermostat to the off positin "0" and disconnect from the mains.
2. Remove all the food from the top shelf of the fridge and pull it forwards slightly.
3. The lamp is located in the back of the thermosat housing, remove the plastic lens by
pressing the front centre of the lens whilst pulling upwards on the small lip on the
bottom of the lens at the front.
4. Unscrew the lamp in a
n
anti-
clockwise direction and screw a new 10 Watt (E14 Base)
lamp into the lamp holder in a clockwise direction until finger tight.
5. Replace the lens by locating the rear lug and pressing home firmly.
6. Set the thermostat to your preferred setting and close the door.
