BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using the hand blender for the first time, wash the blending unit
in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. BEWARE THE SHARP
BLADE IN THE MIXING LEG.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
ASSEMBLY
Ensure that the motor unit is disconnected from the mains socket
before assembly.

Insert the motor unit into the mixing leg.
Make sure that the arrow on the mixing leg is aligned with the
unlock symbol on the motor unit.
2.
Turn the motor unit anticlockwise until the arrow is aligned with the
lock symbol on the motor unit.
OPERATION
The hand blender is suitable for preparing sauces, soups, mayonnaise
or mixing ingredients.
WARNING:
Do not operate this appliance for more than 60 seconds
without interrup
tion. All
ow it to rest at least 2 minutes between two
cycles.
