STARBALL

3.5 SOUND ACTIVE

• 

Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows 

[SOUN]

, then press the button ENTER.

• 

Use the microphone sensitivity adjustment knob to adjust the fixture to react to the beat of the music.

3.6 STATIC COLOR

• 

Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows 

[CLXX]

, then press the button ENTER.

• 

Press the button UP/DOWN to select the desired color preset. Press the button ENTER to confirm set-

ting.

3.7 MASTER/SLAVE MODE

This mode will allow you to link up the units together without a controller. Choose a unit to function as the 

Master. The unit must be the first unit in line; other units will work as slave.

MASTER SETTINGS

• 

Connect the fixtures with DMX cables

• 

Use any one of the standalone modes (Automatic or Sound-Active mode) for the master unit.

• 

Make the master unit the first unit in the DMX daisy chain.

SLAVE SETTINGS

• 

Press MENU repeatedly until 

[SLAU]

 shows on the display. Press ENTER to accept.

• 

Set the DMX address to 

[d001]

.

3.8 LINKING

Several units may be interconnected in order to control all further slave units to the same effect of the 

master unit.

1.  Connect the DMX OUT of the master unit via 3-pole XLR cable to the DMX IN  of the first slave unit.

2.  Connect the DMX OUT of the first slave unit to the DMX IN of the second slave unit, etc. until all units 

are connected in a chain.

3.9 DMX OPERATION

Set the product in DMX mode to control with a DMX controller.

• 

Press MENU repeatedly until 5ch shows on the display. If DMX address already displays, go to next step.

• 

Press ENTER to display DMX address.

• 

Use the button UP/DOWN to select the desired DMX address 

[d001 - d512]

 and press ENTER.
