Attach the Rear Console Cover (80) to the
Upright (4) with two M4 x 16mm Screws (101).
Orient the Front Console Cover (79) as shown.
Attach the Front Console Cover (79) around
the Upright (4) by pressing it onto the Rear
Console Cover (80).

Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the elliptical.
Note: Extra parts may be
included. Place a mat beneath the elliptical to protect the floor.
If you purchase the optional chest heart rate monitor (see page 27), follow the additional step below to
install the receiver included with the chest heart rate monitor.

cal, reverse steps 14 and 13.

Remove the paper from
the adhesive pad on the back of the receiver (A).
Orient the receiver so that the antenna on
the receiver is in a horizontal position parallel
to the floor.
Press the receiver onto the indi-
cated location on the inside of the Rear Upright
Cover (81).
Next, connect the wire on the receiver (A) to the
Extension Wire (128) in the Upright (4).
Note: Discard any other wires that are included
with the heart rate monitor.
Note: If you have already assembled the ellipti-
cal, complete steps 13 and 14.
