DIAGNOSTIC OPTIONS
EVAP SYSTEM:
•
Inject the system with air only to confirm there is a leak. (run air leak
decay test)
•
Locate EVAP access port (Green cap in engine compartment)
•
Remove the EVAP valve (tool supplied and note thread is left hand)
•
Attach EVAP hose provided.
•
Pressure gauge should go up close to the black mark.
•
Turn airflow to off position
•
If the pressure needle doses not fall, you have no leak.
•
If the pressure needle does fall, you have a leak and need to find it
using the smoke.
TURBO SYSTEM:
•
Inject the system with air only to confirm there is a leak. (run air leak
decay test)
•
Locate vehicle turbo system.
•
Seal the turbo system opening with the All-in-1 Bladder Blocker, use
one Bladder Blocker as a lead and another as a block-off.
•
Press the RED button on front of the machine to enable Turbo Mode.
•
Pressure gauge should drop to zero.
•
If the flow meter fall to zero, you have NO leak.
•
If the flow meter does not fall, you have a leak and need to find it
using the smoke.
