Jolly-Cutting
To cut below 45° loosen the clamping screws on both sides and
move pivot the upper part of the machine to the required posi-
tion. After that you need to tighten the clamping screws again
to ensure the safety.
Cooling water unit
Heavily soiled water can plug up the pump. The water needs to be changed before the pump sucks up
dirt and particles of stone.
By temperatures under the freezing point, the machine needs to be emptied of the water.
Should the machine stand for a longer period of time without water then the pump needs to be clea-
ned beforehand!
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning always pull the plug out of the main power supply.
Immediately after use the cooling water tub needs to be cleaned properly.
Procedure: Turn off the machine and pull the plug out of the main power supply. Take off the cutting
rail. After that, you need to take of the clamping screws and the cutting part of the table. The rubber
plug for the cooling water tub and the pump can now be reached. Cooling water tub and pump are
to be cleaned thoroughly. After the cleaning the mounting needs to be done in reverse. Clear water is
enough for the cleaning. Do not use any detergents for the cleaning.
Keep the table saw free of oil, grease and detergents.
The table saw is only to be stored in a clean and dry condition.

Attention! Dust and dirt deposits on the cooling rips of the motor are to be removed in a dry condition
with a brush. Before each use of the machine check the cleanliness of the cooling rips of the motor. The
motor may overheat by heavily soiled machines!
Attention!
The use of high pressured air cleaner is strictly forbidden.
! ! ! The electrical parts could get a short-cut due to water getting into the motor by the use of a high
pressured air cleaner!
