IMPORTANT

• This switch is for indoor use only.
• Always unplug the switch from the power outlet when you are cleaning it.
• Always clean it with a dry cloth.
• Do not use detergent or other chemicals when cleaning.
USE
• Plug the device that you wish to connect to the time switch into the socket part of the dimmer
switch.
• If the connected device has an “on-off” switch, make sure it is set to “on”.
• The connected device will turn on when it gets dark. When it is light the device will turn off
automatically.
• Place the twilight switch not to dark areas. The timer would then switch constantly.

• Resistive devices are devices that use the same
amount of power throughout the entire duration. E.g.
lamps.
• In contrast, inductive devices consume more power at
start-up than during normal operation. This includes
washing machines, dryers, water heaters, heaters, etc.
• If the inductive device exceeds the value of the
inductive capacity of the time switch, the
device may not be connected to it; failure to do so
could cause the switching contact of the timer to
prematurely break down, and this falls outside the
warranty.
