7. Fit the rubber cover over the end of the BT-DN110 battery

8. Install the Di2 SD50 cables, running them through the extension clamp (but do not assemble the cover on the clamp or clamp on extension at this time)
.
a) Use the Shimano TL-EW02 cable installation tool
.
b) You may choose to use a Shimano JC130 Y-Junction or JC41 B Junction to connect to the shifter and avoid having two SD50 cables run beside the
BT-DN110 battery.
c) It is recommended to loop the exit cable with a zip tie or tape to avoid pulling on it during installation
.
9. Carefully fit the rubber cover to the extension clamp
.
10. Loop the exit SD50 cable towards the rubber cover
.
11. Slide the clamp onto the extension
.
a) Be careful that the SD50 exit cable is not damaged during this step
.
b) Ensure that the exit cable is not pinched and runs back through the groove at the base of the bolt gap in the clamp
.
c) Do not push the clamp on so far that the rubber cover is distorted
.
12. Once you have checked that the cable is correctly routed, torque the clamp bolt to 3Nm
.
13. Complete the rest of the groupset installation as per Shimano instructions
