INTRODUCTION

features of your system and take advantage of all its performance capabilities. All PROEL products are CE
approved and designed for continuous use in professional applications.
DESCRIPTION
INCOM2 is a system designed to facilitate the conversation between front-office personnel and customers
separated by a glass security window. Through the INCOM2 intercom the conversation can be carried in a
natural way and without forced commutation.

FUNCTIONS AND CONTROL
1.
INTERNAL UNIT
Main base installed at the office side.
2.
INTERNAL SPEAKER
This speaker allows to hear the customer.
3.
INTERNAL MICROPHONE
The office staff addresses the customer by speaking into this microphone.
4.
OUTCOMING SIGNAL LED
This LED lights on when enough signal is sent to the external speaker.
5.
INCOMING SIGNAL LED
This LED lights on when enough signal is sent to the internal speaker.
6.
POWER LED
This LED has three status:
OFF:
The system is switched off.
ON:
The system is switched on.
FLASH:
The internal microphone is closed and the customer can’t hear the office staff.
7.
TALK PUSH BUTTON
This button operates as follows:
PRESS FAST:
The internal microphone is switched between open or close.
PRESS AND HOLD DOWN:
The system is switched between ON and OFF.

INTERNAL MIC GAIN
Use a small flat head screwdriver to vary the internal MIC gain (sensibility). Typically no adjustment is
required, but in case of bad intelligibility from the customer's speaker try to increase or decrease the
internal MIC gain.
