Type plate
The type plate is used to identify the device. Always provide the specifications on the
type plate when ordering spare parts, making warranty claims or making other inquiries
about the device.
The type plate is attached firmly to the exterior of the lifting device.
The type plate contains the following information:

Device type
•
Part number
•
Order number
•
Serial number
•
Year of manufacture
•
Device weight
•
Load-bearing capacity
Vacuum generator
The vacuum is generated by an oil-lubricated vacuum pump that is driven by a combustion motor via a V-
belt transmission.
ATTENTION
Damage to the vacuum pump or the motor

The speed of the combustion motor is fixed and may not be changed.
The motor and vacuum pump are always on. There is no automatic switch-off once a certain vacuum value
is reached or the lifting device is not in use.
Suction plates
Suction plates (not included in delivery) are for applying suction to the load (see chapter 5.3). Only objects
with flat, air-impermeable surfaces are suitable to be lifted with this device.
Safety features
The lifting device has the following safety features:
•
Red flashing light (monitors the operating vacuum)
•
Gauge with red danger range indicator
•
1 vacuum reservoir
•
Load securing chain
