Maintenance & Inspection
• The Proactive Lift requires a minimum of service to keep it in proper working order and to
assure safe operation. It is important that certain basic checks be performed periodically
• The manufacturer recommends that the following components and operating points

• Remove the plastic cap on the side of the mast, check and make sure the
locknut is tightened.

• With proper use and care, the expected lifetime of the lift is 10 years or 20,000 cycles.
• The expected lifetime of the electrical components are 3 years.

Confirm all cables at the bottom of the control box are properly connected

Inspect the body of the sling and all loops or connectors that could attach to the
spreader bar for signs of wear, damage, or fraying
