Screw the holder (F) and brackets (G) to the heatsink (H) using M6 Allen screws (6).

While insert of Cree CXB 3590
(B) into the IDEAL LED Array
Holder (C), slightly push back
holders pin back to insert and
clamp the Cree CXB 3590.
Carefully
remove thermal con-
ductive pad (A) from paper and
stick the adhesive side on the
backside of clamped Cree CXB
3590 (B + C).
The thermal pad must be in line
with the Cree CXB 3590 on all
sides.
Attention:
+ pole on the IDEAL
LED Array Holder (C) and + pole
on the Cree CXB 3590 (B) must
match!

Insert the Cree CXB 3590 (B) in the IDEAL LED Array Holder (C) and carefully stick the thermal
conductive pad (A).

If the pad sticks, it cannot be removed without damage!
