INSTALLATION
•
Install one 12V (A23) battery (provided) in the compartment.
•
Ensure that the battery is inserted correctly, observing the plus and minus marks
on both the battery and the compartment.
•
Regularly change the battery in the remote control for best performance, however
if you find the receivers are not responding or the indicator light has become dim,
then it is advised to change the battery at the earliest opportunity.
PROGRAMMING OPERATION
All remote controlled socket units have been pre-programmed and can be used
immediately. To re-programme the remote control and socket receiver, please follow
the instructions below:
•
Press and hold the desired button number on the remote control.
•
Plug the remote controlled socket to a power point and turn the power on.
•
The LED indicator inside of the socket receiver will be in a flashing state.
•
Programming is successful when the LED indicator stops flashing.
Note: One transmitter can programme one or more socket receivers, but one
socket receiver can only be programmed and matched to a single remote control.
BATTERY SAFETY
•
Always ensure the battery compartments are secure.
•
Only use the battery recommended.
•
Ensure the correct fit of batteries, observing the plus and minus marks on both the
battery and the compartment.
•
If the battery is dead, remove it from the remote control.
•
Remove the battery from the remote control if it will not be used for a long time.
•
Supervise children with batteries at all times.
•
Keep batteries away from small children. Seek medical attention if batteries are
swallowed.
•
Never attempt to recharge ordinary batteries or dispose of batteries in a fire.
