FRESH ALKALINE BATTERIES ARE RECOMMENDED. DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW, OR
DIFFERENT TYPES OF BATTERIES. DISPOSE OF BATTERIES PROPERLY.
Unscrew and remove battery cover on bottom of Lantern
Insert 3 AA batteries according to polarity (+/-) as indicated
on Lantern battery compartment
Replace and tighten battery cover

To turn Lantern ON, pull top of Lantern UP
from base until unit is fully extended
Adjust height of Lantern to
control amount of light emitted
To turn Lantern OFF, push top
of Lantern DOWN toward
base until unit is fully closed
