6.5 Configure IsoPlane SCT-320 Parameters

Perform the following procedure to configure WinSpec/32 with appropriate IsoPlane
SCT-320 configuration parameters:

From the WinSpec/32 menu bar, select

Spectrograph —> Define

. The

Define

Spectrograph

dialog is displayed. See

Figure 6-2

Select

Install/Remove Spectrograph

Review the list of

Supported Spectrographs

and select

Acton SCT320

Click

Install Selected Spectrograph

From the WinSpec/32 menu bar, select

Spectrograph —>

Move

Select the grating to be moved, and set it to an appropriate position.
For example, when using a NeAr lamp, set the grating to 763.51 nm.

NOTE:

The spectral range of a NIRvana-LN is 900 nm to 1600 nm at
-190°C.

Turn on the light source at the spectrograph entrance slit.
