Recipe

High-gluten flour: 1OOOG. Low-gluten flour: 180G, Butter: 180G, 
Confectioners' sugar: 200G, Salt: 6G, Dry yeast: 12G, Milk (or water): 410G. 
Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend on speed MIN for 30 seconds, 
then use third grade speed for 10 minutes.

7.  Using Twin beating whisks . This product can whisk 3-38 egg whites into 

foam on speed MAX within 5 minutes.

CAUTION!

• 

 Failure to make sure that the bowl is properly seated on the drive coupling 
before the power unit is turned On can result in damage to the bowl and/or 
coupling.

• 

 To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use 
more than 10 minute. Should cool down the motor at least 30 minutes 
before next operation.

CLEAN

• 

Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.

• 

 Some foods may discolour the plastic. This is perfectly normal and won't 
harm the plastic or affect the flavour of your food. Rub with a cloth dipped in 
vegetable oil to remove the discolouration and clean the surfaces which in 
contact with food.

• 

 Clean the bowl and its components are dishwasher safe. It is recommended 
that the drive pin be removed from the bowl for cleaning. After cleaning, a 
little vegetable oil placed on the drive pin will help to lubricate the surface.

• 

 Clean the base: wipe the base with a dry rag.

• 

 Never use coarse or caustic cleaning products to clean this appliance.

as unsorted municipal waste. Please contact your local municipality for the 
nearest collection point.
