Install the Cube L1

1. 

Align the device with the laser beam as described in chapter 8.2 on page 15 
and Fig. 8.1 on page 15.

2. 

Install the device with the mounting threads as shown in Fig. 8.3 on page 17.

3. 

Ensure a stable installation of the device:

• 

The device must not be able to move.

4. 

Connect the safety interlock connection cable.

5. 

Remove the alignment tool from the protective window of the device.
