These instructions help you get the best possible sound
from your SP33 4KVM.
BeSt SoUnd
The phase of the AC supply can make a significant
difference to the sound.
Ensure that the live pin of the AC power cable is
connected to the left-hand pin of the power connector,
viewed from the back panel:

BUrn-in
Your Primare will sound best after an initial burn-in of
approximately 48 hours.
You will notice a further smaller improvement in sound
quality for at least another 3 days’ playing.

The RS232 input allows you to connect the SP33 4KVM to
a controller system. For more information please contact
your authorized Primare dealer.
triGGer oUtPUtS
The trigger outputs allow you to link your Primare
products together, using the trigger cable supplied with
each product, so they switch on or to standby in sync with
the SP33 4KVM.
To link the SP33 4KVM to a Primare power
amplifier
•
Connect the trigger cable from one of the SP33 4KVM
TRIG OUT sockets to the power amplifier TRIG IN.

If necessary, configure the amplifier to
TRIG ON

ir inPUt
The IR INPUT allows you to connect an IR repeater to
the SP33 4KVM, to allow it to be operated by the remote
control if the front panel IR sensor is blocked, such as
when the SP33 4KVM is mounted in a cabinet.
