
DISKS - GRATING/SLICING/CHIPPING
- For grating, insert the
Spindle (D1)
into the centre of the
Reversible
Grating/Slicing Disk (D4)
with the
Grating Blade (D5)
side facing up so that the
three protrusions around the
Spindle (D1)
penetrate the three slots around the
centre of the disk. Rotate the disk by gripping the
Spindle (D1)
as shown in the
figure and turn until it locks it into the disk. For slicing, use the
Slicing Blade (D6)
with the blade side facing up.

- For chipping, use the
Chipping Disk (D2)
with the
chipping blade
side facing up.
- Attach the disk set onto the
Bowl Axle (A7)
in the
Bowl (A6)
and assemble the
Bowl Lid (A5)
and
Motor Unit (A4).
- Cut potatoes, carrots, cucumbers etc, into pieces
and place the ingredients into the feed chute of the
Bowl Lid (A5)
.
- Use
the
Pusher (A1)
to push food down the feed chute. Never use your fingers or
other utensils.
Operation hints:
- Depending on the type of food, you can prepare up to 0.5kg each time within 50
seconds.
This operation can be carried out five times with rest periods of 2
minutes.
The wider ingredients you cut, the longer the chips will be.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR
IMPORTANT
Never put the motor unit (A4) under a tap or in a dishwasher clean only with a damp
cloth.
Handle the blades carefully when cleaning. They are extremely sharp.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Rinse
the
Bowl Lid (A5)
,
Processor Bowl (A6),
and
the accessories
under running
water.
- Dry the accessories naturally.
