exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, oral or written, and all
other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement. No
employee of Priceless Aviation Products or any other party is authorized to make any warranty in
addition to those made in this agreement.
7) ALLOCATION OF RISK : This agreement allocates the risks of product failure between Priceless
Aviation Products, and the purchaser. This allocation is recognized by both parties and is reflected in
the price of the goods.
8)
SECURING WARRANTY SERVICE
: To ensure warranty service, the purchaser must (1) report
the product defect to an authorized dealer in writing and request repair within the applicable
warranty term, (2) present evidence of the warranty start date, and (3) make the product available to
the dealer or service center within a reasonable period of time.
9) NO DEALER WARRANTY : The selling dealer makes no warranty of its own and the dealer has
no authority to make any representation or promise on behalf of Priceless Aviation Products, or to
modify the terms or limitations of this warranty in any way.
THIS EQUIPMENT LIKE ANY OTHER POWERED EQUIPMENT IS POTENTIALLY
DANGEROUS UNLESS PROPERLY OPERATED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. Any Operator
MUST be cautious and keep safety in mind at all times. Any operator, prior to using the Priceless
Aviation Products Equipment, should thoroughly familiarize himself with the owner’s manual regarding
operation and safety of the equipment, as well as all safety warnings on the machine itself.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
The Warranty Registration Form MUST be completed and signed by the original purchaser.
For validation, the completed Warranty Registration form MUST be forwarded to Priceless Aviation
Products, within ten (10) days following the date of purchase.
The date of purchase constitutes delivery.
